Rescheduling

Cancellations/Rescheduling: Your appointment is very important to us, this time has been reserved just for you! If you are unable to keep your appointment, we kindly request 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a rebooking fee equal to 50% of your scheduled service. No show/no call will be charged equal to 100% of service.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive late, your service may have to be adjusted to prevent imposing on the next scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may have to be rescheduled, cancellation fees will apply.

Adjustments: We strive for complete customer satisfaction and want you to love your hair. If you feel your outcome is not in line with the goal discussed during your consultation, you may contact your stylist within 5 days to discuss a complimentary adjustment. Any alterations made at home or another salon will void the option of a complimentary adjustment. NO refunds will be issued.
